Terms and Conditions for Seminars

(1) Scope

Our Terms and Conditions regulate the contractual relationship between participants of an event of TEDAMOH GmbH and TEDAMOH GmbH as the organizer. Deviating general terms and conditions of the participants or the companies to which they belong are not valid.

(2) Registration

Registrations can be made by filling out the forms in the Academy. Alternatively, you can register by stating the desired seminar or training, the name of the participant, the complete company address and/or billing address with telephone number and e-mail address. With the registration you accept the terms and conditions of TEDAMOH GmbH. All registrations will be confirmed in a written form by TEDAMOH GmbH.

(3) Participation fee

The participation fee for your seminar or training can be found in our respective offer or in our Academy. After booking you will receive an invoice for the participation fee. The participation fee for public seminars or trainings is per person and event date plus current valid VAT. The invoice is due for payment within 10 days after receiving it without deduction. The participation in the event requires full payment of the participation fee.

(4) Cancellation

If a participant is prevented from attending, a cancellation is possible free of charge up to 21 working days before the start of the event. In case of cancellation from the 20th to the 11th working day before the start of the event, the participant will be refunded 50% of the agreed participation fee. From the 10th working day before the start of the event, no refund is possible. Cancellation must be made in a written form. In order to reduce efforts on both sides, we give you the opportunity to transfer the participation free of charge to a representative in case of short-term inability. In case of non-appearance without prior information, the entire participation fee is charged.

(5) Execution guarantee

The seminar or training is held with a minimum of two participants. The only restriction is if the main speaker and his representative are sick at the same time.

(6) Program changes

If a seminar or training does not take place for above mentioned reasons, already paid fees will be refunded in total. Further claims on the part of the client or participant are excluded. Please note this also when booking flight or train tickets or hotel accommodation.

In case of a program change the participants will be informed immediately.

(7) Data protection

Your data will be stored exclusively for the provision of services, treated confidentially and not passed on to third parties. Access to and deletion of the stored data can be requested at any time. Further information on data protection can be found here: Privacy Policy

(8) Copyright

All documents distributed within the context of the events are protected by copyright. Our seminar and training contents are exclusively for the personal use of the participants. Duplication and other use must be approved in a written form by TEDAMOH GmbH.

In addition, we reserve the right to exclude competitors or their employees from participation.

(9) Liability

TEDAMOH GmbH is only liable for direct damage caused by us or our employees intentionally or through gross negligence. TEDAMOH GmbH is not liable for the loss, theft or damage of participant property. The participant takes full responsibility for himself and his actions and thus bears the entire costs for material, personal or financial damages caused by him and consequential damages. Furthermore, TEDAMOH GmbH takes no liability in relation to the implementation and use responsibility of the seminar and training contents.

(10) Concluding provisions

The contract is subject to German law. The place of jurisdiction is Darmstadt.
